My mom came and woke my brothers and I up at 6:00 a.m. and said to quickly get up and get dressed warmly. She said we were going on an adventure!
First, they took us to a nature preserve 3 miles from our house to have morning family worship. It was by water, so it was cold, but it was fun!
After worship we went to my Grammy's house to have breakfast!
She made scrambled tofu for breakfast. It was good!
Breakfast was scrumptious!
After breakfast we did some chores for my Grammy.
One of my favorite places on the trip was Barnes and Noble. I could have spent a whole day there!
Books, books, and more books!!
Next we went to the Kalamazoo Valley Museum. It is a science and history museum.
Lunch was AWESOME!! I do not usually like noodles, but I loved lunch. I got Pad Thai with tofu.
After lunch we went to a bakery. We each got a yummy treat!
Lastly, we passed out apple cider packs with a glow tract and a little card that said, "May you always feel the warmth of God's love." People loved it.
Even though I had to get up early, it was an amazing day! I want to do it again!
